Mobile Home Park Acquisition Criteria

  • 80+ Lots (will consider as low as 50 lots in coastal areas)
  • Heavy Turnarounds to Stabilized Parks
  • Public or Private Utilities (ability to convert to public water/sewer preferred)
  • Less than 50% Park-Owned Homes (preferred)
  • Parks located throughout entire United States

Multifamily Acquisition Criteria

  • 100+ Units Preferred, 50 units minimum in select markets
  • Value-add preferred, Stabilized and Distressed considered
  • Properties located within larger MSA’s across entire United States
